The hotel is centrally located in Madrid, making it easy to walk to the metro and right in the city center. The rooms come with a balcony, but I found the windows quite dirty, which was a downside. The service at the night shift was good overall, and the housekeeping was satisfactory. The dining experience included fried oysters, which were a nice touch. However, the facilities were a bit lacking, and the price for value could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of almost all attractions. The rooms were cozy, with a balcony overlooking Plaza Santa Cruz, and the private bathrooms were a nice touch. However, the bathrooms were a bit on the smaller side. The service, especially during the night shift, was exceptional, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The dining experience with classic fried fish included was a highlight. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
